Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Return
To qualify for a return, your item must be in its original condition—unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

If you’re returning an item valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Return Handling Fee

For returns due to personal preference (e.g., not liking the item, changing your mind), you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund.

Damages or Issues
Upon receiving your order, please inspect it immediately. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us right away so we can resolve the issue.

Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom-made products (e.g., special orders or personalized items), and personal care products (e.g., beauty items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have any questions or concerns about an item, please reach out to us.

Exchanges
Depending on your location, the time it takes to receive your exchanged product may vary.

The quickest way to get the item you want is to return your original purchase, and once the return is accepted, place a new order for the desired item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days, for any reason, without needing to provide justification. As with our regular return policy, the item must be in its original condition—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, along with the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of whether your refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be processed and returned to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
